VoIP Survivor has an article with a similar theme to what we were talking about in the last week's Editor's Corner. He brings up the emergence of the OneVoice standard supported by AT&T Inc., Telefonica, TeliaSonera, Verizon, Vodafone, Orange, Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks, Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson. The standard would put voice and SMS over LTE based on SIP and, according to the blog, poses a threat to mobile VoIP apps' relevance.
